Returns: Returns and exchanges must be made within 15
days of the original invoice date, except as noted on particular products.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days of the original invoice
date. All returns require a RMA number which can be obtained from the customer
service department. Returns must be received by 11cb.com within 7 business days
from the date of a RMA number issued.
A few products offered by 11cb.com, if returned for any
reason other than an incorrect shipment, will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Special Orders: Special orders will take longer to fill due to the fact that it is made to order. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are not refundable. If shipping is included, we count 20% of the total amount as Shipping Charge. DOA products or physically damaged products must be reported to our customer service department no later than 2 days after you receive the product. If product is defective within the warranty period, the customer will pay for the return shipping and the 11cb.com will pay for the replacement shipping.
- Price Adjustment: 11cb.com updates its website frequently to ensure that customers are viewing the latest prices and receiving the latest savings. At the time you make purchase, you agree to pay the price listed on the 11cb.com web site. We are unable to make price adjustment after an item has been shipped. However, if your item has not yet shipped out, contact our customer service department and we will be happy to adjust price for you.
- Compatibility: 11cb.com makes every effort to customers with detailed descriptions of the products we have to offer. If there are any questions beyond what is written on the web site, please contact the product manufacturer. 11cb.com does not guarantee compatibility between products customers already have or the customer purchased from 11cb.com System order will be exception.
- Software, Laser Printers, Inkjet Printers, Retail Processors & Notebooks: Any software, laser printers, inkjet printers, retail boxed processors and notebooks are not refundable.
- Phone Orders: Orders placed over the telephone will be charged an shipping cost. We encourage ordering online because it is faster, more convenient and protected by industry standard e-commerce secure encryption technology. With this guarantee you can feel safe shopping at 11cb.com.
LIMITED
WARRANTY POLICY
This policy may not be altered or amended in any manner, and buyer by
accepting delivery of the Goods described herein accept and agrees to abide by
the terms and conditions contained herein.
- The ownership of
all products shipped and sold from 11cb.com remains with 11cb.com until all
payments from the customer are cleared through 11cb.com
banks.
- All CPUs have a 30-day functional warranty; Retail Box CPU has 30 days from
11cb.com, Total 3 Years from the Manufacturer Warranty.
- No warrantees for physically damaged items, which
have cracks, missing pins, or burn marks. Any items damaged by power surges,
floods, brownouts, blackouts, or natural disasters are not covered by warranty
- All other items
carry manufacturer's warranty.
- Removal of warranty or serial # sticker voids all warranties and will not be
accepted in return.
RETURN
POLICY
11cb.com offers a 15 day return guarantee to all of our customers except as
noted on particular products. If you are not fully satisfied with your
11cb.com purchase, our customer service department will assist you. Return
merchandise requirements are listed below, you must have all of the requirements
in order to send your item in for a return.
- 11cb.com will not accept any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
- All requests for a refund or exchange authorization must
be made within 15 days of the invoice date. All returns within 15 days from the
invoice date will be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping is not
refundable.
- RETURNS must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include
original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories
provided by the manufacturer, in that case you will be charged a minimum of
$25.00 restocking fee. Otherwise you will be charged up to half the cost
of the purchase price, whichever is more.
- EXCHANGES must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include
original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories
provided by the manufacturer, in that case there will be only up to 15% of
restocking fee applied. Exchanged merchandise must be of equal or greater value
of the original purchase price. In cases where the exchanged merchandise cost
less than the original purchase, the customer must make an additional purchase
to cover the current price difference according to our website prices. Customer
must also pay for shipping.
- RMA numbers are good for 7 days. Returns
must be received by 11cb.com within 7 business days following your receipt via
e-mail of a RMA Number from Customer Service. Returns post dated later
than five business days after receipt of a RMA Number will be invalid.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, handling charges and
restocking fee on all returns. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or
partial forfeiture of your credit.
- All products will be accepted by 11cb.com for same-item exchange at 11cb.com's
discretion within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, the
manufacturer's warranty applies.
- Return packages must be sent back to the return address that is on the RMA
packing slip that you will obtain when you receive your RMA number.
- Returns must be sent freight prepaid via UPS or Federal Express. Please
e-mail your tracking number to 11cb.com. As a reminder, risk of loss is on
buyer until shipment is received by 11cb.com at their business premises.
Also, 11cb.com is not responsible for any damaged shipment that was incurred by
the freight carrier. Please be sure you purchase the proper freight
insurance for the return package(s) and keep the proof of shipment until credit
has been issued by 11cb.com.
- Software cannot be accepted by 11cb.com for a refund or exchange except wrong
item shipped.
- Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result
invalidation of your return or a delay in processing the return. 11cb.com
reserves the right to grant return approval at its sole discretion on a case by
case basis.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit.
- Customers who refuse packages at the time of delivery will be charged $25.00.
- After 30 days of the purchase date, this manufacture items that need to be
returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer of the
product. The manufacturers' customer service information should be
available in the instruction booklet that may have come with the item you
purchased.
